Here’s how it works:
- If you are not satisfied with the product that you have purchased you can mark it for return within 7 days of delivery, provided the products are unused and not damaged. In this case customer will have to bear the return shipping cost of product and will be adjusted with final refund amount.
- We take utmost care to sell all products safely but even then If product delivered to you is different or damaged in such cases you can mark it for return within 7 days of delivery and entire return expenses will be born by decorLake. Refund for return in such cases will be done only post verification by our customer service.
- For returned items customer can also opt for store credit valid for up to 365 days from the day of purchase.
- Custom items can be returned only if they were received damaged or do not match the approved proof on file.
Here's the simple, easy process for returning product to us:
- Submit the return request by login to your account.
- Specify the return reason and attach Image proof if product is damaged or different to what was ordered.
- We'll email you a RMA # with shipping instructions.
- We'll process your refund or store credit within 7 business days of receiving the material.
- We'll email you once the refund or credit has been processed.
